Ask Claude about your practice: ConsultBase is now an MCP connector
On the AI Suite plan you can connect Claude to your ConsultBase account and ask it about clients, invoices, bookings and milestones in plain English, with every write previewed before it happens.
Ivy has always been the assistant inside ConsultBase. This is the reverse: your practice, available inside the assistant you already use. Connect once and Claude can answer "what did I bill Northwind last quarter?" or "which milestones are due this week?" from your real data, while you are writing something else entirely.
What you can do
- Read anything Ivy can: today’s overview, client summaries, invoice status, unbilled time, revenue, bookings, proposals and milestones.
- Do a small set of things: draft an invoice, log time, mark an invoice paid, update a milestone, post a portal message. Every one of these shows you exactly what will change and waits for you to confirm.
- Disconnect at any time from Settings → Connected accounts, where every AI connection to your account is listed.
Setup takes about a minute: add the ConsultBase connector in Claude, sign in with your ConsultBase account, and approve the access screen. Step-by-step instructions and the full list of what Claude can and cannot see are on the connector documentation page.
Claude only ever sees your own data, the same as if you were signed in, and it cannot email your clients. ChatGPT and Cursor connectors are next.
