Save any proposal as a reusable template
Turn a proposal you have already written into a starting point for the next one, including scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing.
Most consulting practices send variations of three or four proposals. The discovery engagement, the full assessment, the retainer. You write the same scope language every time with the client name swapped, which is both slow and — because you are rewriting from memory rather than from your best version — quietly inconsistent.
How it works
- From any proposal, use "Save as template" to capture its content — scope, deliverables, timeline, investment, terms, and expected outcomes.
- Starting a new proposal now offers "Start from template" alongside a blank document.
- Templates are managed from a Templates tab in the proposal editor, where you can rename, set a default, or delete them.
Templates belong to your workspace, so team members on Pro and Firm can use the ones you create rather than each keeping their own copy in a document somewhere.
A template captures content, not the client. Applying one to a new proposal fills the writing and leaves the client, dates and pricing for you to set.
